I wanted to try a particular sandwich after seeing it on an episode of Chicago’s Best. The grilled cheese with Brisket was decent and there was plenty of brisket with every bite. The chips were a great add on and packed plenty of flavor. My bill was about $23 for two lunch box meals and a pastry. If you’re just interested in coffee, a smoothie or refreshing drink, there’s plenty of options and opportunity to try something new each visit. Call ahead to place an order if you know what you want and don’t have a lot of time to waste.

First time here and it will Not be my last ! This place is full of good food, good people and good vibes. They serve breakfast all day and that’s a winner for me. I had the Grits bowl and it was really different as well as really good. Never thought to pile everything in a bowl of grits . My Chi tea latte was great and hit the spot as the weather is cooling down some… I got a peak at how to play chess which was cool too. I would have given 5 stars but they could use some extra help with cleaning as the tables were dirty and too many of gnats joined in on my meeting 🤷🏽‍♀️

Cute coffee shop just off the south side of University of Chicago campus. Coffee was good but the food was even better. I got the Honey Nut Latte and that tasted just like Honey Nut Cheerios. The breakfast sandwiches are good variety and really well done. Th bagels are especially nice.
